I've a question regarding prunning. When should I prune my spirea and evergreen bushes? I did it this last spring, and it just seemed to make them grow faster. They are about 8 years old and I don't want them to get much larger. Maybe I should cute them way back, right now. Waiting for your advise...Thanks!
