A Little Bit About Me
I love living in the Fishers area and love being in the real estate business, especially in today's market! While the market has changed, I am really excited because there are incredible opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
I enjoy the outdoors, the water and all that Fishers has to offer. I have recently gotten married and am now a step-mom to a 13 yr. old yound man.

Happy New Year to you, too! I'm just relaunching my Arbonne biz after about 18 months off for family assistance. Good to see you are doing well with the real estate biz. Hope to see you soon!

For what it is worth:
$8,000 FIRST TIME BUYER TAX CREDIT HIGHLIGHTS:
• Receive an income tax credit of 10% of the price of the home up to a maximum of $8,000
• Home being purchased must be for owner-occupant purpose
• Tax credit is REFUNDABLE - meaning it will be ADDED to your tax refund. For example, if you got $1,500 back this year you would instead get $9,500 back. If you do not receive a tax refund but usually have to pay the IRS at year-end, it will reduce the amount you have to pay
• Full credit amount for individuals with annual income of $75,000 or married couples with combined income of $150,000. Phases out at income levels of $95,000 for an individual and $170,000 for a married couple
• Available only for first-time buyers, who are defined as anyone who has not owned a property in the past 3 years
• Persons who utilize revenue bond financing can still claim the credit
• Does NOT have to be repaid
• Home must be your primary residence for a minimum of 3 years. If sold prior to 3 years, entire amount must be repaid to the IRS
• Must close on your first home between January 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009

Dana H and I go to church together and Hannah (her oldest) and Kelly (my youngest) went to preschool and KG together! It makes me so happy to think of you and Jeff dating. How's your mom? I kept up with her for years but not for the past few...

Hey Rob, we missed you out at the Habitat build. Your team ROCKED though. Out there hanging siding in the rain for awhile. Great pictures you'll have to ask Gary R to see!
