Hi Dr. Hoffman! You treated me early last year. All is well now. I have started my own business, and I am living a much happier life now. My new business is Comforts of Home Pet Sitting LLC, and I would like to provide pet sitting and dog walking services to the residents of the Geist area. Please see my website for more information or contact me by phone or email. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I am also an exercise and health nut, which is why I joined this group. I'm a big fan of the Dr. Oz show.

Hello! I moved back from Florida less than 2 years ago and started BodFit Boot Camps in October of this past year. I have been a trainer for nearly 14 years and have never enjoyed training as much as I do now!

Hi,
I'm Lisa Beals. I am an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Occupational Therapist. I work with adults primarily, but I am expanding into canine rehab and wellness. Last week I attended the Midwest Vet conference in Columbus, Ohio and attended the lectures on canine rehab. Last week I also took the US Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach certification test (Olympic lifts) and I am anxiously waiting to see if I passed! The test does not qualify you to be an "expert' but is entry level on coaching for technique. Lots of practice must folllow!!

I am excited to be a part of this community and want to focus on helping people meet their fitness goals and to help the community battle the avoidable chronic diseases that are becoming so prevalent.
