Without a doubt he will pay with time and fines for his high flying stunt. However this boy has found an elite amount of teflon confidence in the way he can cycle a legit or non legit benjamin. FREAKISH CONFIDENCE I SAY!!! OR JUST FULL BLOWN NUTS!!

Your right on here. Just my observation but I think he is playing a couple moves ahead of all the other players. In my opinion, this will not go to trial; as far as the State of Indiana. He will cut a deal including restitution. The restitution numbers are minimal in comparison to the numbers he is used to dealing with; lifestyle etc. The passed couple of months have bought him time. Book revenue, which would be attachable by the State of Indiana easily takes care of whatever plaintiffs are asking for.

Don't have an opinion on the federal charges. I am not sure what the restitution and penal time requirements would be in that arena.

I stick with my original observation. Michelle walks; Marcus strikes a deal with the State and whatever time he serves is strictly over the airplane fiasco.

GP - "Entertaining" is it. With the bull this guy is still shoveling and believing himself it is hard to believe that the Mrs.'s was not sucked into his world. Believe me, it was a small glimmer that I expressed previously in the other blog over and over that I HOPE that is the case. The kids need to know that both their parents are not crooks. Issues that still remain:
She did partake in a lifestyle which you pointed out to WC that seemed over the top for many MANY years that COULD have been gained with churning funds in order to "maintain".
--What spouse does not open their eyes to this and say , "honey, how are we living this in the field we are in?". She had to know SOMETHING about the field if anything by osmosses.
--What spouse also does not question after the second BK and then hurridly placing everything in HER name alone does not say, "honey, how are we lving this way in the field we are in AND after the two BK's?"

Ignorance is bliss but only in puppy love. This woman chose to be ignorant so she could "maintain", could still be a crime to a degree because she did so to GAIN.

One hand GP, yea dude, she may be squeeky clean as far as not touching a thing (oops! except the $60k withdrawls of investor/company FUNDS) and Marcus did the whole thing but she could not possibly be that stupid to not know anything "out of the ordinary" was going on. NO ONE IS THAT DUMB.

Pilot Schrenker's competency hearing moved
The competency hearing for an Indiana pilot charged with purposefully crashing an airplane in Santa Rosa County has been moved because of a scheduling conflict. Marcus Schrenker, 38, is scheduled to appear in federal court in Pensacola at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Judge Roger Vinson will rule on whether Schrenker is competent to stand trial and whether he knew what he was doing when he parachuted from his airplane over northern Alabama on Jan. 11.

Schrenker, an Indiana financial adviser, was under investigation in his home state for allegedly misappropriating client funds. He's to stand trial there after the federal charges are resolved.

He was arrested at a campground near Quincy two days after the crash in a swamp in East Milton.

I didn't believe a word that spewed out of his mouth. Marcus is so full of BS...from beginning to the end. The comment about if he were trying to fake his death----He gives a list of things needed to be completed prior to flight!?! Although, I think he figured that part out after the fact. What an idiot! And he thinks he is just so convincing...to himself, ONLY! I do believe that Marcus is very sane. Maybe not the sharpest crayon in the box, but mentally sound. Not so sure if being a pathogenic liar qualifies one as being non-competent. Good luck Mr Schrenker...You're gonnnnnna neeeed iiiitt!!!

LMAO GP, that's catchy! hey, does ne1 know how I could have made that fakin pic show up like the trading card? and btw, what do you get with those cards? a nice counterfeit c note instead of gum? or maybe you get gum...... but it was someone else's yesterday??? =)
