Much better and faster Tom!
LOL@ the pic on the front of the site. I wonder if the camera man was going "ok Marcus, give me your best gay face"

Yes, I was a client of Marcus's for over 7 years and believe we were led down the path like others. Marcus always had an answer for everything when anything was asked. He was smooth. Sure we are angry. But realisticly what are the options? Hire an attorney and pay an hourly fee? Doesn't make much sense throwing away more money on that. As they say on the farm you can't get blood from a turnip.

Did you lose money with your "investments" with Marcus?

Tom ~ MUCH BETTER DUDE!! Thanks for taking this to a better level! Hope everyone else agrees!

Craig~ Way to get the ball rolling with your last post at atgeist.com - You made a good point too with the story line being old.

Cowswer - I meant no dissrepsect if you in fact were taken by Schrenker. It just seemed your post was so simple and not angry. Everyone is different and now you can at least see this guy get what is coming to him!

Regards to all! Patrick

Howdy Ya'll

Found this "Bog" interesting...
I also was a client of the "Pathalogical Liar"! He was good at his craft, fooled the best of us for a long time. Gig's Up Marcus!
Lisa Hapenour is our little hero down south where Marcus finally hooked up with 7 of us not willing to buy his crap and just go away.
As usual, his kids suffer for life.... what a turd!

Cowswer and Joe Mazzone, I am curious about something. For starters, I was not an investor so what I am about to ask means nothing to me other than to satisfy my curiousity.

Had you rather Marcus Schrenker spend many years in prison, not earning any money and you personally have no chance of of recouping any of your lost investment, or had you rather see Marcus out soon on a supervised release working a job and paying restitution to yourself and others? I am talking about a court ordered restitution, payable through the courts to you.

I mentioned on the other blog several weeks back that although I would also be quite furious if I were in your shoes, I would still want the man out working his butt off somewhere doing something to give me some of my money back instead of costing more of my money in taxes to house him. Even contruction jobs pay well as I am sure he would not be allowed to "handle" money. Also, as a side thought, he may very well know where a stash of your money is at and can come clean on that as well.

I also have to comend you guys on be civil in this matter, at least on this blog. Some people early on were quite vicious towards his entire family, including the youg innocent ones and to a certain point, I could blame them but the kids and others should be kept out of it. Again, I commend you guys for taking the high road.

Speaking of family, what is your take on his Wife? You guys dealt with the firm, was Michelle taking an active role in the business when you ere present?

Craig:

You pose an interesting queston. Personally I would prefer he sit in prison that way he would have lots and lots of time to think about how he messed up both personally and professionally. I don't see how he could re-enter the job market and ever come close to making the kind of money he would need to make restitiution. I still think he ani ntelligent individual - probably would question that comment on the evening he crashed the plane??? Maybe too smart for his own good - plus greed got the best of him. I absolutely would hate to see him profit from this whole circus be it tv, movie, book rights or any other type of "entertainment".

Regarding Mrs. Schrenker, we never had any direct dealings with her. I don't see her as the brains of the operation but an accomplice none the less. Very rarely did I go to his office. I think I remember seeing her once in the office. He would always meet us at our home or place of business. In fact before Heritage Wealth relocated to Georgia Marcus brought his kids to our home to ride dirt bikes and four-wheelers as it upset his neighbors when they rode their "off road" toys in the neighborhood. Always thought that was strange that they had that kind of stuff living in a neighborhood. We were definately a-typical clients of Marcus's and lead a much different life-style than the pilot base he gravitated to.

Kudos to Tom ... I would not have subjected myself to the other board.
